In the time that I have been providing energy work sessions for clients, I’ve come across a consistent challenge; my clients’ spirit guides show up with messages and directions for them. But they don’t understand how to connect with their guides or how to use the messages they’ve received.

I became inspired to provide Spirit Guide mentorship, my intention is to help you build a sacred relationship with your guides. Through this mentorship you will learn how to become a clear channel to receive direct guidance from the unseen realm so you can:

✔  Receive support for moving through the tough lessons, spiritual rebirth, negative patterns or heartbreak and grief  

✔ Embrace the love & support your guides surround you with daily

✔ Unearth hidden patterns, wounds, and ancestral influences

Our journey begins with an energy work session. Before the session I connect with and invite your guides to participate in the energy work. You and I have a discussion about the messages received in the presence of your guides. From there, we decide together if a spirit guide mentorship would be helpful for you. 

For the following sessions we work on preparing your heart for connection. I share wisdom to help you embrace your sensitivity, empathy and emotional nature as gifts not curses.

I support you to metabolize and transmute resentment , unforgiveness and negative attitudes about yourself/ your reality so you can restore a more tender, open and contented heart space.

  • In my experience, simple rituals with mindful intention incite sacred experiences. I guide you to 

    ✔ Curate a sacred space to cultivate inner peace, energize your spirit, build your prana shakti

    ✔ Nurture mind-body connection so your conversations with spirit can be grounded and practical

    ✔ Create daily and weekly rituals through playful exploration and grace-filled consistency

  • There is a natural flow of call and response when working with the sacred. We honor this dance by valuing the steps backwards as much as the steps forward.

    I share practices to help you tune in to your own rhythm with presence and devotion to release the oppressive fear of the unknown and cultivate a rewarding relationship with life’s Mysteries

    I encourage you to prioritize practices that inspire self love and connection to unearth the innate beauty, wisdom and magic residing within you

    You will also be supported in bringing your spiritual shifts into your daily life, relationships, and purpose.

  • We will cover topics including

    ✔ The role of emotional hygiene for maintaining a clear channel

    ✔ When to use mantras to center your thoughts and energy

    ✔ How to hone your psychic  technology and intuition to build trust & confidence

    ✔ How to integrate deeper states of awareness

    ✔ How to include journaling for processing uncomfortable messages and memories
