Doula Services
I provide support and guidance in seasons of profound change, healing and transformation. Together we create a sacred and nurturing environment for you to effectively metabolize your experience
Grief and loss doula
Over a period of nine moons I support you while you move through grief from a loss or heartbreak. I cultivate a nurturing space for you to release in your own manner and timing. I provide a safe container for you to express your grief unimpeded. We discuss practices that can be useful outlets for your grief. I share practices that you can do to fortify your body, mind and spirit while you navigate the tumultuous stages of loss. Lastly we discuss how you would like to honor the person or relationship you lost.
Postpartum doula
I help you to metabolize the experience of becoming a mother for the 1st time or the 3rd or the 5th. I offer emotional support and share small practices to help your nervous system regulate during this intense time. I cook small meals and help with light cleaning so you can rest. I provide assistance with baby and help you problem solve as challenges arise.
